   Christopher "Christley" MILLER
       b. ABT 1768 at Virginia
       d. BEF 18 Feb 1822 at Breckinridge Co., KY
        We do know, with some certainty, that our Christley (Christian) Millerlived
        in Tazewell County, Virginia, before coming to Breckinridge County,
        Kentucky.  There is a set of books called, "Kentucky Genealogy and
        Biography," in which mention is made of the Tazewell Countyconnection.
        Christley's and his brother, Barnett (or Barney) Miller, apparently
        accompanied each other as they made their way to Breckinridge County.
        Many Breckinridge County settlors apparently came by way of the Ohio
        River, but others came the traditional route, through the CumberlandGap
        (in Eastern Kentucky near Middlesboro) with explorers, like Daniel
        Boone.
